Ela Cubukcu is an accomplished Senior Executive and Board Leader with more than 25 years of success across many industries. Leveraging extensive experience in business evaluations and transformations, financial analysis, accountancy and strategy execution. Her broad areas of expertise include start-ups, performance tracking and KPI's, company liquidation, recruitment, ERP implementations , operational restructure and transformations, team building.
Throughout her executive career, Ela has held various leadership positions with Brightstar Corp. and VISA Europe Services, Inc, Samsonite ,Tyco and Padsplit Inc. She has succesfully managed a territory TMEA (Turkey Middle East and Africa) with annual turnover of $1B+ and has international and multicultural experience. Her latest passion is structuring SME's and Start Ups and help them scale.
